Radio System FAQ

I am using a 4-channel receiver and I have my ailerons in channels 1 and 4, I can do a mix and my aileron action right, but I don't know how to get elevator to flap and flap action with my 9C, can you help me?

Since you have already done a Pmix between channels 1 and 4 for your dual ailerons, then you would just need to do a few more mixes and you get what you are wanting.

First, let's go into your 2nd Pmix and we will make it Active, then set the Master as Elevator and the Slave as Aileron, turn Link On, Trim On, and select a switch to assign this to. On the next page you will set your rates, these you will set as you would want them for your elevator to flap percentages. Now, with the flip of your switch you will have the elevator/flap action by using your elevator stick.

Next, you need to do another mix making the Master Aux 1 and the Slave Aileron, Link will be turned Off and no switch assignment. Next you will go into your rates and set them +100% both ways.

Now go into your Aux Channel and assign channel 7 (Aux 1) to either your right or left slider.
Now we will do that last Pmix, here you will make the Master Aux 1 again and this time the Slave will be Rudder, again, do not assign it to any switch and when you get to the rates, these will be set at -100% both ways.

This will now give you flap action on your slider, and elevator to flap action on your elevator stick along with your normal aileron function.
