How can I fly a non-CCPM heli on a 5-channel receiver?

1. Plug pitch into channel 5 instead of 6.
2. Disable the gear switch (go to the auxiliary channel 5 control in AUX-CH and set it to null.)
3. Mix channel 6 to channel 5, +100% on both sides. Switch setting to Null, link on.
